Day 1

Today is the 11th of March 2015 and I'm starting on a new weight loss program. I've seen it in a lot of places but I'm a bit of a skeptic so I'm going to test it for myself and see. Today is my first day so I'm taking my beginning measurements and we'll let the results speak for themselves.

Weight: 178 pounds

Waistline: 35.5 inches

Hips: 43.5 inches

thigh: 27.5 inches

kinda bleak.
